I hope you had a good day today!
I’ll be thinking of you in Sept. I just finished my 4th 5K (I’m a walker, not a runner though) this spring, and I have nothing else scheduled until Sept 21, when I was supposed to walk the USAF Half Marathon with my spouse. Except he’s out of town, so it looks like I’ll be on my own. Ah well, with good tunes it’s not so bad, and the dog keeps me going out for more walks to get in shape.

Work is definitely getting in the way of social media, but I was hoping to go for a run today after work. Temp outside is currently 95. Um, too hot for a run.

I can totally relate! I’ve put on quite a few lbs since leaving the office UGH wearing sweats every day is the problem, and now there are no work clothes that fit … time to change that! Enjoy the new job!

This sounds fantastic! I don’t see a lot of yellow tomatoes where I am; do you think it would still be good with red tomatoes?
