Enjoy this Spiced Hot Milk Brandy popular throughout New Orleans traditionally sipped after a rich meal … and again in the morning alongside breakfast.I don’t go crazy during the holiday season like I used to.  I remember the times I hosted holiday events and when the party was over I looked around the room and wondered how I managed to miss all the fun.

Enjoy this Spiced Hot Milk Brandy popular throughout New Orleans traditionally sipped after a rich meal … and again in the morning alongside breakfast. How did I manage to be stress free during the holidays?  I quit trying to be perfect.  I am much more organized and learned to delegate as well.

This Brandy Milk Punch can be kept in a slow cooker to keep warm and your guests can help themselves to a nice warm cocktail to keep their insides nice a toasty.  Just set a few bowls out with some star anise, cinnamon sticks and whole nutmeg with a small grater. They will be all set up to add the additional spices if they choose to do so.
