Boozy Iced Spanish Coffee

Ingredients
  • Cinnamon-sugar rimmed glass
  • 1 ounce Triple Sec
  • 1 ounce Kahlua
  • 4 ounce cold-brewed coffee
  • 6 coffee ice cubes (fill ice cube trays with cold-brewed coffee 1-2 hours before drink preparation)
  • 1 ounce cream (I used half and half)
  • Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Add 2 ounces of cold brewed coffee and a couple of frozen coffee cube to your cinnamon-sugar rimmed glass.
  2. Pour rum, triple sec and Kahlua over prepared glass.
  3. Add a float of cream.
  4. Garnish with whipped cream.

Notes
I dipped the rims of the glasses in sugar-free vanilla syrup and then into the cinnamon sugar blend that I made using Swerve Sweetener.

Next, he insists on a “theme” or a color combination for the decorations.

And of course a drink.  In the past several years we enjoyed Kir Royale’s or Champagne Cocktails.  This year, I opted for this Boozy Iced Spanish Coffee.
