These are incredibly delicious!
My baby girl walked into the kitchen as I was browning these guys on the stove. Picture an Italian kitchen filled with incredible scents wafting throughout the house. Bowls, pots, pans surrounding the counter tops, filled with fresh herbs and spices beckoning you to cook.
“What are you making mom?” she asks. Chicken meatballs. I tell her. Hmm, smells good, she states.
But what catches my eye the most is the look on the hubby’s face. That’s when he announces that he will need to skip dinner as he is headed out to the golf course and “not to worry” about him.
My girl says, “Well it sounds interesting.”
When they were done I asked her if she was willing to give them a try. I tell you, she couldn’t stop eating them. Me either. The spice that is in the sausage totally make these so delicious.
