I decided to make this incredible Tex-Mex Chopped Salad.
Tex-Mex Chopped Salad
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1 cup green leaf lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup tomatoe, chopped
- Manchego cheese wedges
