Cinco De Mayo is a big celebration in Northern California, especially in my town. For some, it’s a reason to get together and have a cocktail. Often we forget the true meaning of the celebration. But a get-together with family and friends for any reason adds to the happy memories we all love and cherish.
So if you have been reading my posts, then you know for the past several weeks, I have been sharing my culinary expertise in Mexican Cuisine. (don’t laugh) with all of you. I love creating dishes I that I never tried before. I also love re-inventing some of my favorites.
Here is my collection of Cinco De Mayo recipes that I shared with you.
My personal favorite has to be the salsa verde. I was amazed at how incredibly delicious it came out. My previous experience with green salsa came out of a bottle.
