Apple and Goat Cheese Appetizer

Friday nights at my house often are Friday night “At The Movies”.  The hubby and I will rent a movie and instead of dinner, we have champagne and appetizers.

This appetizer is creamy and has a great combination of flavors.

  1. I liked reading “one to dice and one to slice”, it has a nice ring to it.

This looks good, and may inspire me to a pizza in the future (I’ve done pears and goat cheese, so why not apples?

I think appetizers and champagne sounds like a lovely way to spend an evening with someone you love.

  2. This looks so good. We are having a surprise 70th birthday for my mom with about 35 guests. How do you suggest I make this for that many people? Should I make a bunch of servings or just one big one. Thanks for your advice. You can email me if you would like at 🙂

    • Thank you April. If I made it again, to make the fanned apples look better, I would use a red delicious apple and not peel the sliced apples.
