Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Oh how I have neglected posting recipes.  I guess I was on a little hiatus of sorts.  We certainly had lots going on here on the home front.  As you all know, poor Coco, our chocolate lab crossed over the rainbow bridge on May 25.  It was a sad night for us.  I told the hubby that I just didn’t want another dog.  But then we said, well let’s check the animal rescue sites on-line and look, just look.  We both thought with so much going on in the next few months, that we would take our time to find another puppy.  The twins were graduating and then one would be leaving for the University of Oregon.  September sounded like a great month for us to find our puppy.

But I saw the cutest black lab mix on the Animal Rescue Foundation’s web site, that I immediately drove down to check out the pup.  Her description stated that she a black lab mix named Luna and was less than year old, .  Well to make a long story short, we adopted her and named her Kona.

I have been having so much fun with our Kona that I neglected WW and my blog.  But we now have the cutest most adorable puppy.  I just couldn’t pass her up. Nor could the hubby.  So we are now the proud parents of a 5 month old puppy named Kona.

Last weekend we had the boys graduation and held a party at our home in their honor.

The hubby went out and bought a brand new gas grill.

We grilled a whole salmon.  Of course I didn’t take pictures, but it was scrumptious.  I will definitely make it again and share the recipe and pics on my blog.

Now that we have the grill, I am sure we will obsessively use it all summer long.  Including tonight’s dish.
