If you are looking for a quick, guilt free Mother’s Day Brunch dessert, you have come to the right place.
I whipped up these little creations today, just for fun. They take no time to prep, but they need an hour to set in the fridge.
The best part is you can have 6 of these for 3 PP. I followed the recipe on the Jell-O website.
Their recipe says it yields 16 pieces, but mine made 24 pieces. I don’t know where they get their strawberries from, but mine were too big to cut in half. I sliced them as thin as I could.
- 2 6 oz containers of Strawberry Banana Chobani yogurt
- 1 6 oz container of 0% Plain
I am also going to recommend using sugar-free Jell-O or don’t add as much as they recommend. These guys are super sweet. Just like me 🙂
