Sometimes you just gotta love a lazy Sunday afternoon. The twins are recuperating from a night out attending their Senior Ball. The hubby is golfing with a buddy. I am taking care of Coco, who is still sick. When I am alone it can be dangerous, very dangerous. I like to experiment in the kitchen when no one is around.
I never made cake balls because of my, um, well, addiction to anything sweet. But hey, it’s a lazy Sunday afternoon, so why not.
I decided to try my hand at cake balls. I found a recipe on the Jell-O Brand website, but I substituted their pound cake for something a bit lighter, Angel Food cake.
10 oz of Angel Food Cake = 13 PP vs. 10 oz of pound cake = 30 PP
I didn’t find the sugar-free pudding at Fresh and Easy so I bought the regular.
I grated the angel food cake using the OXO Good Grips Fine Grater/Zester
You can find the recipe here.

DIPPED AND READY TO ENJOY!
Okay so my chocolate dipping skills are in need of improvement, but I didn’t hear any complaints.
Goodnight all.
