Meatza Pizza And the Winner is…

First things first, The winner of the OXO Salad Dressing shaker is

a Rafflecopter giveaway

Now, this whole meatza thing got started at the local Fitbloggin meetup held at my home on April 21.  Deb, brought a Greek Meatza and it was the talk of the town.  Then Marisol, made a vegetable version which looked out of this world.  I knew then that I must make one, and soon.  I decided to make mine half veggie and half pepperoni.  The pepperoni half for the hubby and the veggie portion for little ole me.  After I was done, would you believe Sarah made one too!  Now if four people out of five made this all in the same week, it must be good.  Oh and the fifth person, she’s a vegetarian.

The recipe below is without the pepperoni’s.
