Oftentimes, when it comes to cooking, easy is best. This salmon recipe is easy and it is the absolute best! I spent the entire day in San Francisco at a business meeting, so this recipe is perfect after a long day at the office.
The great news is that I finally found a place that sells Miso paste. Cost Plus in Pleasanton sells it so I picked up a bottle over the weekend. If you remember yesterday’s Pork Hot Pot, some of the same ingredients are used in this recipe as well.

For the WW PP value to be 4 per person, I reduced the amount of Salmon to 1 pound from the original recipe.
