Sunday’s these days means an afternoon of watching football. What better way to enjoy a football game than eating pizza. This particular pizza is rolled and baked. It is so delicious. Every single person in the house devoured this. The hubby says this is the best dish of 2012 (8 days into the new year) LOL!
8 PP for two slices
Makes 8 slices
Ingredients
- 1 Pillsbury thin crust pizza dough
- 34 Hormel brand turkey pepperoni
- 1/3 cup Contadina pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface. Spoon the pizza sauce on the dough, top with the pepperoni then the mozzarella cheese.
I made one with 18 slices of turkey pepperoni for me and the rest with regular pepperoni for everyone else.
Roll up the dough leaving about an inch of dough unfolded.
Using a pair of scissors, cut strips across the dough. Fold over. You can brush an egg over the top to get that shiny look to the crust in you want, but it’s not necessary.
Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until crust starts to brown.
I suggest serving it with a huge green salad with lots of veggies.

Those look SO good!! I think I’m going to make them next weekend. Thanks for sharing!
This one is sooo good. Make sure you use turkey pepperoni, otherwise one slice is 8 pp.
