The Classics

You know, classic dishes are sometimes the absolute best.  There is a restaurant in my home town called the Yankee Pier.  The hubby love’s to order their Wedge Salad.  Given the fact that a salad can’t be any easier to make, I decided to make one for us last night.  I served it with our Honey Crispy Chicken tenders.  And you know the old Iceberg lettuce gets a bad rap for being so boring.  But when you add blue cheese, oh my goodness is all I can say.

Are you wondering where the tomato’s are?  Well, I didn’t have any on hand.  The hubby doesn’t like tomatoes so I hardly ever buy them.  I am also not a huge fan of tomatoes. Oh did I mention that the hubby took this photo?  Me thinks he might be better than me! I no like :(
